Jotaro and Ragna stepped into the arena, ready to do battle. "Let's end this quickly, I have places to be," Jotaro said, cracking his knuckles. "Ha, you don't look like much of a challenge," Ragna said, unsheathing his sword. As the battle commenced, Jotaro summoned his Stand, Star Platinum. He charged towards Ragna with a barrage of punches, but Ragna managed to deflect them with his sword. "You'll have to do better than that," Ragna taunted. Jotaro was unfazed. He elongated his fingers and delivered a powerful punch towards Ragna, who managed to dodge just in time. "Impressive," Ragna said, as he infused his sword with silver. "But it's game over for you." As Ragna charged towards Jotaro, he suddenly stopped in his tracks. Jotaro had used his Stand's ability to stop time for five seconds, giving him ample time to dodge Ragna's attack. "Impossible!" Ragna exclaimed, as time resumed and Jotaro delivered another punch barrage. Ragna was thrown back, but he managed to recover quickly. He infused his sword with silver once again and charged towards Jotaro. But this time, Jotaro had a trick up his sleeve. He sucked in a huge amount of air before releasing a massive barrage of punches towards Ragna. The force of the barrage sent Ragna flying backwards, and he crashed to the ground with a thud. Jotaro emerged victorious. "Looks like you're not as tough as you think," he chuckled. But Ragna wasn't done yet. He got back on his feet, infused his sword with silver once more, and charged towards Jotaro with renewed vigor. Jotaro grinned. "Now this is more like it," he said, as he summoned Star Platinum once more. The two warriors clashed once again, the sounds of their blows echoing throughout the arena. The battle raged on for what seemed like an eternity. Both warriors were evenly matched, and neither was willing to give an inch. But in the end, it was Jotaro who emerged victorious, landing a final blow that sent Ragna crashing to the ground. "Ha, I knew I was the strongest," Jotaro said, as he walked away from the arena, the cheers of the crowd ringing in his ears. Winner: Jotaro Jotaro's Stand, Star Platinum, allowed him to stop time for five seconds, giving him an advantage over Ragna. Additionally, Jotaro's ability to elongate his fingers and suck in air to deliver powerful punches made him formidable in close combat. While Ragna had the advantage of his silver-infused sword, Jotaro's speed and agility allowed him to dodge his attacks and ultimately emerge victorious.
