Luffy retaliates with "Gum Gum Pistol" and "Gum Gum Bell", and while Steve tries to block, the latter manages to hit Steve with heavy damage. Steve then tries to use his armor to charge at Luffy but Luffy uses his "Rocket" skill to move at the speed of light and dodge it. Luffy follows up with a barrage of "Gum Gum Pistols" that land accurately on Steve's armor, slowly breaking it down. As he sees his armor start to fall apart, Steve tries to attack with his sword one last time, but Luffy unleashes his "Gear 5" transformation and delivers the final blow, knocking Steve out cold. Winner: Luffy Reason: Steve's strategies and skills were not enough to counter Luffy's superhuman abilities, making Luffy the winner in the end.
