Deadpool strolled into an abandoned warehouse, his eyes scanning the empty space before him. Suddenly, a figure appeared, dressed in a stylish suit with a smirk on his face. It was Mephisto Pheles, the King of Time and son of Satan. "Well, well, well, if it isn't the unstoppable Deadpool. What brings you to my humble abode?" Mephisto asked, flicking his wrist in a nonchalant manner. "I heard you were looking for a good time and thought I'd drop by," Deadpool quipped, twirling his sword in his hand. Mephisto chuckled. "You always know how to make me laugh. But let's get down to business - shall we?" He lifted his arm and summoned a large clock, the Kuchens Kuckucksuhr, which towered over the two fighters. Deadpool raised an eyebrow. "Is that supposed to scare me? I've faced tougher opponents than a clock before." Mephisto grinned, his eyes gleaming. "Oh, Deadpool. You really don't know what you're up against, do you?" With a swift movement, he counted to three in German and transformed into a dangerous looking dog. Deadpool hesitated for a moment, taken aback by the sudden transformation. But he quickly regained his composure and charged forward, sword in hand. Mephisto dodged each attack effortlessly, flickering in and out of existence. It was clear he had control over space and time. As the battle raged on, Deadpool began to tire. Mephisto was just too fast, too powerful. But just as Deadpool was about to take his final stand, he remembered the Continuity Stone. "You can't beat me, buddy," Deadpool boasted, holding up the stone. "I've got the power of plot control on my side." Mephisto growled, his eyes narrowing. "You can cheat all you want, but you'll never beat me. I've got the power of Hell behind me." But just as Mephisto lunged forward to deliver the final blow, Deadpool activated the Continuity Stone and froze time. With a smirk, he walked up to Mephisto and whacked him on the nose with a rolled-up newspaper. "Sorry, buddy," he said, tossing the newspaper aside. "You just couldn't keep up with the Deadpool." Winner: Deadpool Mephisto had the advantage of control over time and space, but Deadpool's Continuity Stone gave him the power of plot control. In the end, Deadpool used the stone to freeze time and deliver the final blow.
