Vaal was capable of spewing large Effluvium noxious clouds that can be deadly to its enemies. Suddenly, Legiana launched itself towards Vaal with great speed, flapping its four flaps, which overlapped if folded and exposed its sharp talons. Vaal responded by covering itself with a dense miasma of Effluvium that signaled danger to its opponents. However, Legiana had an ace up its sleeve, it emitted a chilling wind that reduced the density of the Effluvium, allowing itself to attack. Legiana swooped down, hoping to catch Vaal's guard down, but Vaal was more than prepared for this attack. Its two lower jaws flashed open, and it countered with a swift motion that brought the Elder Dragon to lunge its jaws shut over Legiana's wings. Legiana tried to shake free, but Vaal was too powerful and held on tightly. Legiana quickly regained control of the battle by launching air attacks, swooping down on Vaal with incredible accuracy and force, hitting hard and fast with its strong legs and talons. Vaal was able to withstand Legiana's attacks and fight back with its massive jaws and Effluvium noxious clouds, which began to fill the battlefield and made it harder for both combatants to see each other. The battle continued for hours, with neither opponent giving or taking ground. Every time it seemed like one had the upper hand, the other would counter with a clever move that would shift the balance of the fight once again. Legiana was a master of the air, and Vaal was a dominant force on the ground, but the two were more evenly matched than anyone could have predicted. Finally, after a grueling battle, Legiana unleashed a devastating attack that would crush Vaal's defenses and secure its victory. It swooped down one last time and emitted a chilling wind that froze Vaal's miasma of Effluvium, making it difficult for Vaal to breathe.
