SCP 096 didn't respond, instead opting to sprint straight at Luffy with incredible speed. Luffy's reflexes kicked in, and he narrowly avoided SCP 096's Slam Down attack. He retaliated with a Gum Gum Pistol, a quick punch that connected with SCP 096's face. But SCP 096 quickly recovered, dodging Luffy's next strike and shooting tears from its eyes. Luffy was caught off-guard, the tears clouding his vision and making him sluggish. SCP 096 took advantage and grabbed Luffy's neck in a Choke hold. Luffy struggled to break free, but SCP 096's grip was too strong. Just when it seemed as though Luffy was done for, he activated his Gum Gum Balloon, inflating himself and creating enough force to break free of SCP 096's grasp. With a smile on his face, Luffy charged forward for another attack. This time, he opted for a Gum Gum Bell - a powerful punch that had a high chance of missing, but caused heavy damage if it connected. The attack landed, sending SCP 096 flying across the battlefield. SCP 096 got back up quickly, but Luffy was already charging up his ultimate move - the Gum Gum Shoot. The hit connected, and SCP 096 was sent flying into the sky with tremendous force. As Luffy stood with his arms crossed and a victorious grin on his face, SCP 096 came crashing to the ground - defeated. Winner: Luffy Luffy's mastery of stretching techniques and quick reflexes allowed him to avoid SCP 096's deadly attacks and ultimately land the finishing blow with his powerful Gum Gum Shoot.
