The sun is setting on the area full of carcasses, as two opponents stand in silence, awaiting for the battle ahead. On one side, the furious quadrupedal Odogaron, and on the other, the monster hunters Spiffy and Quartz. Odogaron's red scales and menacing bony protrusions make it an intimidating sight, and it growls as it prepares to attack. Spiffy, calm as ever, raises his rifle that fires explosive bullets, and Quartz charges up her time controller watch and molecular Atomizer wrist gun. Without warning, Odogaron charges at Spiffy at an extreme speed, moving so fast that Spiffy barely has time to react. But luckily for him, his speed and experience give him an edge in these situations, and he manages to dodge the attack. In response, Spiffy fires his rifle, but Odogaron quickly dashes away. Quartz takes advantage of the opening, and uses her molecular Atomizer wrist gun to attack Odogaron, with little effect. This only angers the creature further, and it charges at Quartz, ready to attack with its sharp teeth and powerful jaw. Spiffy notices Quartz's difficult situation and uses his explosive bullets to distract Odogaron, but it has no effect. As the creature keeps charging, Quartz uses her time controller watch to freeze time, allowing Spiffy to launch his explosives, which land directly on Odogaron, causing moderate damage. However, the beast is not easily defeated. It breaks through the frozen time, furious. And as Spiffy reloads his rifle, Odogaron lands a tail batter, sending Spiffy flying in the air. Quartz runs toward the airborne Spiffy mid-flight, even as the Odogaron dashes towards both of them. It looks bleak for the duo until Spiffy recovers midair and uses his Silver laser gun to blind Odogaron temporarily, and Widget jumps, using her Time Controller watch to freeze time and collect Spiffy mid-flight. Once out of danger, the duo unfreeze time and execute a simultaneous surprise attack on Odogaron, causing significant damage. Finally, Odogaron falls - defeated. Spiffy and Quartz stand victorious, knowing that their monster hunting experience has given them the necessary skills to face even the most fearsome of creatures.
