Suika approached the battleground with curiosity. She could see two figures on opposite sides of the field, one who looked like a vampire and the other who looked just as intimidating. She made her way closer and saw that the vampire had a soft spot for dogs, as he was cuddling and playing with a small pup by his side. As Suika approached, the two fighters turned their attention to her. She introduced herself and explained that she was there to interview them and witness the outcome of their battle. The vampire, whose name was ULF Kars, welcomed her with a smile, while the other, Dio, just scoffed at the idea. "I don't need any interview, nor any audience to defeat this pathetic excuse of a creature," Dio sneered, his eyes fixed on Kars. Kars didn't seem impressed by Dio's words, but he asked Suika to hold the puppy for him before they began the battle. Suika, intrigued by what was about to happen, happily obliged and held the adorable little dog. Without any further warning, Dio charged at Kars with his stand, The World Over Heaven, ready to strike. Kars, who was unfazed by the sudden attack, dodged Dio's punches and countered them with his own quick movements. "Don't you underestimate me, Dio!" Kars yelled, as he transformed his right hand into a razor-sharp blade and slashed at Dio. Dio, who had the ability to stop time, tried to use it to his advantage, but Kars was quick to adapt. He had already seen Dio's power and had analyzed his every move, even before the fight had begun. "You thought stopping time would be enough to defeat me? You're going to need more than that!" Kars said, as he launched himself towards Dio, ready to strike at any moment. Dio smirked and appeared to be confident, but deep down, he was starting to realize that Kars wasn't going to be an easy opponent to defeat. Suddenly, he used his stand to try and freeze Kars in place, but Kars wasn't affected by it. He had already anticipated Dio's move and had taken precautions against it. "Your power is nothing compared to mine, Dio," Kars said, as he extended his arms and prepared to take on his enemy. Dio glared at Kars, frustrated that he couldn't seem to get the upper hand. He knew that he needed to pull out all the stops if he was going to win this fight. "Then I guess it's time to use my ultimate power!" Dio declared, as he activated The World Over Heaven to its full potential. With a mighty yell, Dio used his stand to rewrite reality itself. The world around them started to warp and change, and even Kars began to feel the effects of Dio's power. But despite it all, Kars remained determined, and he refused to give up. "You think you can change the course of fate with your little stand? Think again!" Kars yelled, as he charged at Dio once again. The two fighters continued to clash, their stands battling it out in an epic struggle for supremacy. Suika watched in awe as the fight grew more intense, and as the two warriors unleashed all of their power on one another. Suddenly, Suika noticed something strange happening in the midst of the chaos. A stray rock had hit the dog she was holding, and it had started to whimper in pain. Dio, who had been consumed with his fight with Kars, didn't even notice the dog's distress, but Kars did. "Hey, what did you do to that dog?" Kars asked, his voice tight with anger. Dio didn't even bother to respond. He was too focused on trying to defeat Kars and prove his superiority. "That's it. Nobody touches my dog and gets away with it!" Kars yelled, as he lunged at Dio once more. This time, Kars was faster and more determined than ever before. With a mighty roar, he unleashed all of his power at once, slicing through Dio's stand with ease and shattering it into a million pieces. "You lost, Dio. And now you pay the price," Kars said, as he held his bloodied hand up in the air. Dio, defeated and broken, could only stare in disbelief as Kars prepared to strike the final blow. Suika tensed up, wondering if the vampire was really about to kill his opponent. But just as Kars was about to deliver the finishing blow, he suddenly stopped. He looked down at the dog in Suika's arms and seemed to remember something important. "That dog...he reminds me of my own dog, who I lost so long ago. I can't bring myself to harm anyone who loves animals like I do," Kars said, as he lowered his hand and stepped back. Suika breathed a sigh of relief, and even Dio seemed to relax a little bit. But Kars wasn't done yet. "I won this fight fair and square, but I won't kill you. I hope you use this defeat to become a better person, Dio," Kars said, as he turned to leave the field of battle. Suika smiled and thanked Kars for sparing Dio's life. She watched him leave, his dog following him dutifully, and knew that she had just witnessed something truly special. She turned to Dio, who was still in shock, and offered him some words of encouragement. "You'll get through this, Dio. It's never too late to change," she said, as she handed the puppy back to him. Dio nodded silently and made his way off the battlefield. Suika watched him leave, and then turned to leave herself, feeling grateful to have witnessed such a wild and incredible battle.
