The stage was set for the ultimate showdown between Usopp and Eustass Kidd. The two warriors had been summoned to Wano for a one-on-one battle to determine who was the better fighter. Usopp, armed with his powerful slingshot Kura Kabuto and the Lie Lie Fruit, stepped forward, ready to face his opponent. Eustass Kidd, on the other hand, had his metal manipulation powers at his disposal, as well as his Armament and Kebunshoku Haki. The battle was about to begin. Usopp started by firing his Viper Star at Kidd, but the metal pirate was quick to dodge and retaliate with his Metal Arms skill. He gathered all metal in the area and formed two huge metal arms, which he used to block Usopp's attack. The two clashed, and sparks flew as the metal arms and Viper Star collided. Usopp was forced to dodge a punch from Kidd's metal arms, narrowly avoiding the blow with his Super Smoke Star. Kidd followed up with his Punk Gibson skill, jumping high into the air and coming down with a punishing blow. Usopp quickly countered with his Sunflower Star, firing off a bullet that exploded on Kidd's landing spot. The explosion sent Kidd flying backward, but he quickly regained his balance and prepared to attack again. Usopp then activated his Sogeking persona, donning a mask that boosted all his stats by 200. He fired his Firebird Star at Kidd, which split in midair into a fiery phoenix. The flaming bird swooped down at Kidd, who was forced to dodge with his Kebunshoku Haki. The two warriors then engaged in a fierce exchange of blows, with Kidd using his Metal Arms to block Usopp's slingshot attacks and punching with his fists of metal. However, Usopp had a few tricks up his sleeve. He activated his Usopp Spell, using his Lie Lie Fruit to create the illusion of injuries on his body. Kidd, thinking that Usopp was hurt and weakened, charged forward to deliver what he thought would be the finishing blow. However, Usopp quickly revealed that he was not injured at all and fired an Atlas Comet at Kidd's face. The giant bullet exploded on impact, sending Kidd flying backward with a look of pain on his face. Usopp then fired his Heaven Dragon Star, throwing Kidd into the air and launching a lightning dragon at him. Kidd tried to block the attack with his Metal Arms, but the sheer force of the attack broke through and sent him crashing to the ground. Usopp followed up with his Super Smoke Star, using the smoke to evade Kidd's counterattack and positioning himself for another shot. He fired his Sunflower Star again, aiming for Kidd's head. The bullet exploded on impact, sending Kidd flying and knocking him unconscious before he hit the ground. The crowd erupted into cheers as Usopp emerged victorious. The slingshot-wielding warrior had used his skills to their fullest potential, combining his Lie Lie Fruit, Armament and Kebunshoku Haki, and various star bullets to defeat Kidd. It was a hard-fought victory, but Usopp had proven that he was the better fighter, at least for today.
