[Whis is seen standing in a vast, open plain, surrounded by stunning scenery. His timeless gaze searching around, taking in all the sights. Suddenly, appearing out of nowhere. Luffy {Gear 5} enters the scene. He walks up to Whis, flashing a big grin on his face and starts speaking.] Luffy: Hey there! Whis! Fancy a little spar with me? Whis: (gives a gentle smile) Sure. It’s been a while since I’ve had a good fight. Luffy: Ha! I knew you'd be up for it! (Luffy starts to stretch his limbs.) "Drums of liberation," let's get pumped up for this! Suddenly, the sound of drums fill the air. It's Luffy's background music; he always has one. The intense beats start getting his heartbeat racing as he prepares to take on Whis. [As they begin to clash, Luffy attempts to use his Sun God Nika technique. He stretches his arm back, ready to strike, but Whis dodges effortlessly. Unperturbed, Luffy continues, putting all his power into his attacks.] Luffy: Gomu Gomu No Bajrang Gun! Whis: (whispers) Autonomous Ultra Instinct! Whis blitzes with lightning speed, easily weaving past Luffy's attack, leaving him in shock. Luffy smiles while rubbing the back of his head. Luffy: Wow, you're quick! Alright then, let's try again, shall we? With renewed determination, Luffy goes at it again. He stretches his limbs and starts attacking, using all of his Gear 5 moves. Even though he has been through many battles, Luffy had never been pushed this far before. Luffy: Gomu Gomu No Nawatobi! (Luffy hops from place to place; he even manages to jump up in the air and bounce off of Whis's head for an attack.) Whis: (grins calmly) Interesting. In awe of Whis's speed, Luffy is unable to hit him and starts to get a bit disheartened. Luffy: Come on, give me some of your power! Whis: Alright, but let me warn you. [Whis powers up to his full strength.] Luffy: Ah, no way! That's awesome! [Whis begins to unfurl his full power, his godly aura enveloping everything around them. Luffy realizes that Whis wasn't even using a fraction of his power before.] Whis: Let's see what you got, Luffy. Luffy: Yeah! Bring it on! Gomu Gomu No Kaminari! Luffy channels the electricity into his fist, attempting to strike Whis. Still, Whis dodges quickly, leaving Luffy surprised again. Luffy: Darn it! How can you move so fast? Whis: You have to keep in mind that I am not a pushover, Luffy. You are going to have to do better than that if you wish to land a hit on me. [Luffy takes a deep breath and prepares for his next attack. Suddenly he gets an idea, he remembers Whis's personality, which is very similar to that of the Foodie God in the Seducing Woods. Luffy manages to strike a deal with Whis.] Luffy: Whis, if I land a hit on you, you must teach me how to use the technique you just used. Whis: My, my, Luffy, you shouldn't be so hasty to strike deals. But if that is what you want, go ahead and try! Luffy: (smiling) "Gomu Gomu no Dawn Rocket." Suddenly, Whis's face is struck by a powerful blow, leaving him shocked. Luffy: Did I hit him? Yes! I did it! Whis: (smiling) Well done, Luffy! You are a remarkable young man! Luffy: (gives a victory pose) Alright! Whis: (chuckles) However, Luffy, I wasn't using my full power. Luffy: What?! You could have beaten me easily? Whis: Well, perhaps if I wanted to, but I was enjoying our spar and wanted to see how far you could go. Luffy: (grinning) Next time, I won't hold anything back, Whis. Whis: (smiling) I look forward to it, Luffy. [As the battle ends and they shake hands, the two fighters walk off, leaving the open plain behind them.] Whis was just stronger.
