Aya stumbled upon the two anomaly beings, Ice Age and Winter, in the midst of their epic battle. She whipped out her notebook and approached them, ready to do her job as a reporter. "Hey there, Ice Age and Winter! Mind if I ask you a few questions?" Aya shouted, trying to get their attention. Ice Age turned his head to look at Aya, his face frozen and unyielding. "What do you want? Can't you see I'm busy?" Winter chuckled as he approached her. "It's okay, Ice Age. I have nothing to hide." Aya took a deep breath before speaking. "So what's the deal with this battle? What's at stake?" Ice Age snarled at Winter. "It's about who's the strongest anomaly with control over cold and ice. I will show him that I am the one true master." Winter smirked. "You couldn't be more wrong, Ice Age. It's about proving who has the real power." Aya scribbled down their conversation in her notebook. She wanted to capture everything they said. As they spoke, the sky grew darker and darker before it finally let loose. Flurries of snow fell from the sky, signaling a sudden change in the weather. Ice Age raised his hands and began to chant under his breath. Suddenly, a massive wall of ice appeared in front of him, blocking Winter's vision. "Ha! You can't beat me that easily!" Ice Age gloated. But as Winter approached the ice wall, he simply lifted his hands and shot a stream of ice at it. The wall melted under his touch, and before Ice Age could even react, Winter landed a punch on his chin. Aya winced as she saw Ice Age fly back several feet from the impact. Dust kicked up around him as he hit the ground hard. Winter stepped over him and extended his hand. "It's time to admit defeat, Ice Age." But it seemed like Ice Age was too stubborn to do such a thing. He got back up on his feet and smirked. "Don't count me out just yet, Winter." With a sudden burst of energy, lce Age summoned an army of snow minions. They were towering, fearsome creatures that made creaking and cracking sounds as they lumbered closer. Winter balked. "What the hell is that?" Aya flinched at the sounds coming from the snow minions. They didn't seem too friendly. "Looks like Ice Age is going all out," Aya said, scribbling down notes. Winter didn't wait for the minions to make the first move. He stood his ground and punched the ground, causing a massive ice spike to appear. He then landed on top of it and leapt towards the minions, dodging their clumsy swipes with ease. As he landed, he launched a series of powerful ice attacks that tore through the snow minions like they were paper dolls. The sounds of ice cracking and shattering filled the air, and the snow minions fell to the ground one by one. Ice Age seemed taken aback by the sudden defeat of his army. He raged with anger and charged at Winter. But Winter was prepared. He ducked, weaved, and punched his way around Ice Age, his movements smooth and fluid as he easily dodged Ice Age's wild flails. Aya could hear the sounds of their battle ringing in her ears. She heard the crunch of snow underfoot as they moved around, the whistling of the wind as they sped past each other, and the solid thuds as they landed hits. And then, in one sudden movement, it was over. Winter had pinned Ice Age to the ground, and Ice Age was writhing under his grip. "Stop, stop! I submit! You win!" Ice Age cried out. Winter released him and took a step back. "Told you so." Aya couldn't believe what she had just witnessed. The sheer power and skill of both anomalies was beyond what she had ever seen before. She raised her hand to get their attention. "So, can I get a quote from you two about who won?" Ice Age was still catching his breath, but he managed to speak. "It was... it was him. He won. That crazy ice maniac Winter." Winter chuckled. "It was a good fight, but ultimately I came out on top. I'll let the people of Gensokyo decide for themselves who the true master of cold and ice is." Aya jotted down their comments in her notebook, knowing that she had just witnessed something truly incredible. She couldn't wait to get back to the news office and start writing her report. It was a wild and tough battle, but she had seen how fierce these anomalies could be.
