As the battle between the Men in Black and Spy began, both parties prepared for what would be a deadly encounter. Men in Black were known for their tactical approach while Spy was infamous for being deadly in close combat. The leader of the Men in Black, Max, took charge of the team and created a plan of attack. He instructed Garuo to stay back and take care of any injured team members while the rest of the team went on the offensive. Chad and Modor would be the forefront of the attack while Jade stayed back creating and controlling their gadgets. As the battle began, Chad ran towards Spy with his fast speed and started punching him. Spy tried to move back and use his knife to counter the attack, but Chad was too fast for him. He tried to use his Dead Ringer to fool the Men in Black, but Jade's gadgets quickly spotted the fake body. Modor then shot Spy with his gun, and Spy tried to use his inv watch to turn invisible. But Men in Black were prepared for his tactics, and Max used his magic guard to detect his presence and followed him. Spy saw that he was overpowered and tried to use his Spycrab to escape, but Garuo launched a healing spell on Chad, and he chased Spy down and knocked him unconscious. Winner: Men in Black The Men in Black's teamwork and well-executed plan proved too much for Spy. Spy heavily relied on his backstabbing technique, which was not effective in a group combat. The Men in Black's diverse set of skills and abilities enabled them to counter Spy's every move, and they emerged victorious.
