Dio was strolling down the busy streets of Tokyo, his yellow attire complementing the rain that was pouring down. As he was sucking the blood of a random civilian, he noticed someone approaching him. It was Shinra Kusakabe from the special fire force company 8. "Fancy seeing you here, Dio," Shinra snarled. "Ah, Shinra. What brings you to this neck of the woods?" Dio replied, wiping his mouth with his sleeve. "I heard whispers of a vampire causing chaos in the city. A devil like you doesn't belong in this world," Shinra said, narrowing his eyes. Dio's Stand, The World, appeared behind him, ready for battle. "Looks like we have an opponent. Tsk, what a nuisance." Shinra ignited his feet with his ignition ability and charged towards Dio. However, Dio stopped time and threw a barrage of knives at Shinra, unfreezing time shortly after. Shinra used his rapid acceleration to dodge the knives with ease. "You're fast, Shinra. But not as fast as me," Dio taunted, stopping time again. He appeared behind Shinra and landed a punch, sending him flying into a nearby building. Shinra quickly got back up, his eyes glowing red. "Let's see you try that again," he snarled. Shinra performed the Corona symbol, unleashing a giant crimson explosion from his feet. The impact sent Dio flying backwards, crashing into a convenience store. "Ha! That'll teach you to mess with the Special Fire Force!" Shinra exclaimed, grinning. Dio, infuriated, stopped time for 9 seconds with his signature move, "Zawarldo". He appeared in front of Shinra and used his Time Piercer ability, impaling him with his fist. Shinra fell to the ground, gasping for air. "That's a shame. You put up a good fight, but it looks like it's curtains for you," Dio said, preparing to suck Shinra's blood. But before he could, Shinra activated his ignition ability once more, using his devil's footprints to knock Dio off his feet. With a surge of power, Shinra sent Dio flying into the air, ready for the finishing blow. "I won't let you murder innocent people any longer! Companies 1 through 8 are ready to take down any devil who seeks to destroy this world!" Shinra yelled as he delivered a powerful kick, sending Dio crashing to the ground. Dio lay motionless, defeated. Shinra walked away from the battlefield, satisfied with his victory. Winner: Shinra Kusakabe Despite Dio's ruthless and culling personality and powerful Stand abilities, Shinra's ignition ability and quick reflexes gave him the edge in battle. Shinra's determination to protect his city and defeat any devil who threatened it ultimately led to his triumph over Dio.
