The clash of iron swords echoed through the halls of Jujutsu high as Michi and Maki began their battle. Michi took a few steps back and threw his Super Ball at Maki. Maki's Split Soul Katana sliced the ball into two before it could hit her. Michi quickly charged towards Maki, wielding his Iron Sword. Maki swiftly dodged and retaliated with her Playful Clouds. She smacked Michi with them and as he stumbled back, she thrust her Dragon Bone into him. Michi fell back, but quickly shrank in size to dodge her Zen'in Ravage attack. Maki watched as Michi disappeared from sight. She stood still, listening for any movement. Suddenly, Michi appeared behind her and attempted to strike her with his sword. Maki, taken aback by the sudden appearance, quickly defended herself with her Split Soul Katana. Their swords clanged as they struck each other, sparks flying in all directions. Maki then used her Quiet Death technique and disappeared from the sight of Michi. She appeared behind him and grabbed his neck, slamming him towards the ground with all her might. Michi struggled to get up, but Maki wasn't done yet. She then used her Life Pierce skill to pierce his arms. Michi winced in pain as he realized he was now at a disadvantage. He had to act quickly, or else it would all be over for him. He tumbled back and created distance between himself and Maki. Maki, sensing his fear, charged towards him. But Michi held his ground and used his Ghost Walker Technique to phase through Maki and do a surprise attack. Michi appeared behind Maki and struck her down with his Venomshank Technique. The barrage of poison slashes hit Maki hard, leaving her immobilized. Michi took advantage of the situation and used his Anti Up skill to boost his skill power and speed. He charged towards Maki with his sword and ball in hand. He threw his Fireball towards Maki, which she dodged. But Michi was quick to follow up with his Snowball technique which she didn't see coming. The ice ball struck her, freezing her in place. Michi walked triumphantly towards Maki, ready to finish her off. But he stopped in his tracks as he saw the ice around her start to crack. Maki slowly got up, her will to win unbroken. Michi knew then that he was up against a formidable opponent. Maki charged towards Michi, her weapons gleaming in the light. The two clashed once again, their swords ringing out in the silence. The battle raged on for hours, neither of them willing to give up. But as the sun started to rise, it was clear that one of them had to emerge victorious. Maki, sensing Michi's exhaustion, charged towards him with all her might. But Michi, using his Ice Dagger, regened his health and energy and stood his ground. The two stood there, their swords clashing in the final moments of the battle. And then, it was over. Michi emerged victorious, his Super Ball in hand. Maki lay on the ground, exhausted but proud. Both of them knew that this was only the beginning of their journey. There would be many more battles to come, and they would have to keep fighting if they wanted to become stronger.
