The audience cheered as the fighters entered the arena, both with calm and cool expressions. The first competitor was Giorno Giovanna, a member of the Passione mafia and owner of the powerful Stand, Golden Experience. On the other side of the arena stood Joshua, a deadly pirate with Jesus's blessing. The two opponents stood at least 50 meters apart, staring intensely at each other with unwavering focus. Giorno's slick back hair and pink suit contrasted well with Joshua's holy pirate hat and armor, giving an eerie yet stylish atmosphere to the battle. Suddenly, the battle begun. Joshua charged toward Giorno with his cutlass, forcing Giorno to summon a tree from the ground to block the incoming attack. As the cutlass hit the tree, it broke in half, causing Joshua to smirk victoriously. However, the smirk quickly turned into surprise as he realized his cutlass was healing the tree instead of destroying it. Giorno grinned as he said, "Your cutlass seems to be quite useful to me, thank you," and secretly returned the damage back to Joshua, reflecting the impact on the pirate. Joshua was quick to adapt, using his Holy light pistols to blast the ground and create a shockwave. The shockwave shook the arena, causing the audience to gasp, but it did not affect Giorno. The mafia member's Stand, Golden Experience, created a small tree behind Joshua, which suddenly sprung upwards, striking Joshua in the back. Joshua was surprised, as if he had no idea what just happened. Giorno took this opportunity to make his move, yelling "Muda, Muda" as Golden Experience performed a rapid punch flurry. The punches caused Joshua to fly back a few meters, but the pirate quickly regained his composure and used his blessing, Jesus, to read Giorno's mind. However, Joshua's mind-reading ability did not work as he forecasted, as Giorno smiled and yelled, "Sorry, Joshua, but you can't read my mind when my thoughts don't exist!" As Joshua was caught off guard, Giorno summoned a pebble from the ground and turned it into a frog, causing Joshua to be even more confused. Suddenly, the frog jumped onto Joshua's face, blinding him. Joshua wiped the frog off his face and dashed towards Giorno while swinging his cutlass wildly. Giorno blocked the attack with a tree, but Joshua continued to relentlessly attack, finally slicing the tree in half. Giorno was now on the defensive, but he didn't panic. Instead, he calmly jumped toward Joshua, and yelled, "Frog!" A frog suddenly appeared in Joshua's path. The pirate, caught off guard, hit the frog and took damage as a result of the Stand's ability to reflect damage back to the attacker. The battle continued, with both fighters unleashing their most powerful attacks. The arena was now nearly destroyed, with trees and boulders scattered everywhere. The audience was amazed by the sheer intensity of the fight and were on the edge of their seats. After minutes of fierce fighting, both Giorno and Joshua were severely injured. Joshua was panting heavily, and Giorno had cuts and bruises across his body. The two warriors stood at a standstill, silently staring each other down. After a few seconds, Joshua spoke with respect, "Giorno, you are not just a member of the mafia, but a true warrior. I thank you for this fight, it was an honor." Giorno smiled, "Thank you, Joshua. Your fighting spirit and your Holy blessings were truly a challenge and pushed me to my limits." Suddenly, Joshua's hand reached for his cutlass. Giorno instinctively knew that Joshua had some tricks up his sleeve, so he activated Golden Experience and created a tree in front of himself. Without any warning, Joshua lunged forward, grabbed the tree, and sprang upwards, spinning around in the air. He then sliced the tree, causing it to fall to the ground. But Giorno was one step ahead, as he had secretly created another tree behind Joshua. When Joshua landed, he was surprised to see a tree coming from behind. But it was too late as the tree struck him in the back. Giorno then delivered the final blow, "In the words of my mentor, 'This is the final requiem for you, Joshua'". Giorno's Stand, Golden Experience, suddenly let out a loud cry, causing a massive tree to grow from the ground, enveloping Joshua within it. The tree then exploded with a golden light, leaving nothing behind but a trail of dust. The audience was completely silent, as death in the colosseum was rare. But then, the silence was broken by a thunderous applause, with the crowd chanting Giorno's name. Giorno became the champion, but his heart was heavy with the knowledge of having to take someone's life. However, he knew that this is what fighting was all about, life and death. He left the colosseum a hero and a warrior, respected by all who had witnessed his fight.
