The sun was shining down on the campus of Jujutsu High School as the two combatants entered the arena. Gloxinia, the Commandent of Repose, flew in on his large butterfly wings with his Spirit Spear Basquias at the ready. Aoto Sato, the human with unusual flesh changes, stepped into the ring with his Katagger fused katana and dagger. As they approached each other, Gloxinia used his Heart Reading ability to read Aoto's thoughts and intentions. Aoto used his Boogie Woggie to swap places with a boulder, confusing Gloxinia for a moment. But under the effects of Gloxinia's Commandent of Repose ability, Aoto's spell was canceled. With a swift movement, Gloxinia lunged toward Aoto, summoned his octopus-like tentacle spear, and attempted to strike. However, Aoto managed to dodge the attack with a quick flicker of movement. The two met in the middle as their weapons clashed, creating a shower of sparks. Aoto followed up with a punch imbued with his Black Flash ability, but Gloxinia managed to block it with his spear. The force of the blow knocked Gloxinia backward. Sensing an opportunity, Aoto used his Repeat ability to rewind time by five seconds and launched another attack. This time, he added his Scissors technique, marking Gloxinia and cutting him with precision. Gloxinia tried to react with his Disaster ability, summoning vines and rocks from the ground to ensnare Aoto. But Aoto countered with his Projection technique, moving so swiftly at 24 frames per second that he dodged the attack and trapped Gloxinia instead. Gloxinia was not finished yet. He used his Time Regression Spell to send Aoto back in time. However, Aoto's power proved too much for the spell, and he was able to resist being sent back. In that moment, Aoto used his Forbidden Technique - Benevolent Shrine 0.2 - and struck Gloxinia's soul with devastating force. Gloxinia was reeling, but he drew upon his demon and fairy powers to fight back. He unleashed his Ore Tree Orudora attack, trapping Aoto in a pillar of vines and rocks. But Aoto summoned his puppet reinforcements, and with their help, he shattered the trap. Gloxinia knew he had to end this battle. With all his strength, he summoned his final and strongest spell, Levitating into the air above Aoto and unleashing his Levitation magic power to control the forces of nature. But Aoto had one final trick up his sleeve. He summoned the queen of curse spirits, Rika, who appeared with tremendous power, all-encompassing force, and defeated Gloxinia with her otherworldly abilities. The winner of the battle was Aoto Sato, whose range of abilities proved to be too much for the Commandent of Repose.
