The battle between Del and Devo was a clash of delusions and devotions. Del was in his dream-world, hugging his stuffed molerat plushie when he suddenly found himself facing Devo, who was fervently praying to his deity. As the battle began, Del manifested his delusions into reality, warping the battlefield to his liking. But Devo was unfazed, he continued his prayers and summoned his deity to aid him in battle. The deity appeared in front of Devo, wielding a mighty sword, ready to strike down Del. As the deity attacked, Del used his true magical power to defend himself, creating a shield around him. However, the deity's sword was too powerful, shattering Del's shield with ease. Del was thrown back, but he got up quickly, believing that he was the strongest in the dream-world. Del used his placebo effect to strengthen himself, making him as strong as he thought he was. He charged towards Devo, who was in the middle of chanting a powerful prayer. Devo unleashed his Energy Attacks Prayer, sending beams of light towards Del, but he dodged them with ease. Del closed the distance between them, swinging his stuffed molerat plushie like a weapon, but Devo managed to block it with his guard. However, Del's Placebo Effect(2) kicked in, making Devo believe that Del's plushie was a real weapon, and he was caught off guard as Del hit him in the head with it. Devo fell to the ground, and Del stood over him, believing that he had won. However, Devo was still conscious, and he used his Outcome Alteration Prayer to change the outcome of the battle. Suddenly, a savior appeared, summoned by Devo's prayer, and with one swift strike, the savior defeated Del. Del's delusions faded away as he realized that he was just a human after all. He looked up at the sky, watching as the savior disappeared into the heavens, taking his stuffed molerat plushie with him. Del closed his eyes, as he took his final breath, realizing that even in the dream-world, he was not invincible. The winner of the battle was Devo. He won because of his strong devotion to his deities, and he was able to summon a savior to defeat Del. Del, on the other hand, was too delusional and relied too much on his Placebo Effect and True Magic, which were not enough to defeat Devo's prayers and summoned savior.
