he can control fire, water, rock, and wind. with his wind he can fly. with his rock he can make rock men to fight with him. his fire can burn the inside of his opponents. with water he can make a big wave. he also has a sword that can control all the four elements. he sometimes does not want to fight and walks away. if the guy lets him he will be fine but they stop him from leaving he burns them.
SARGE ain't just any teletubby – he's a cybernetic beast with a shotgun that'll shred through anything that stands in his way. Even though Silver's got those magic powers and a pretty slick sword, he's no match for the sheer toughness and tenacity of Okas. The shotgun's gonna find and exploit Silver's weaknesses faster than he can control those elements. Plus, with the Tubbytronic Superdome to defend, Okas has extra motivation to put Silver in the dirt. That cybernetic exo-skeleton makes him harder to take down than a brick wall, while Silver's guard is practically non-existent! In a battle of strength and strategy, Okas takes the cake!
