he can pause time for 9seconds with a 0.2 second cooldown he also has a stand (za worldo) which can punch at mach3 lastly dio has regeneration as he is a vampire. since he is using Jonathans body his strength will always remain this way, this cannot be changed unless he is decapitated.

Man, this just ain’t a fair fight. Toru’s bad luck might cause a few hiccups, but when you’re up against Dio, it’s like bringin’ a knife to a gunfight. Dio’s got the power to pause time, and while Toru can dish out bad luck, how’s that gonna land if Dio’s already bouncing around the battlefield at light speed after hitting pause?
