He was conscripted through a World Military Draft during the two-year timeskip, being appointed to his rank to fill one of the Admiral vacancies caused by Kuzan's resignation and Sakazuki's promotion. Ability: Fujitora ate the Zushi Zushi no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to manipulate gravitational forces.
