For those out of ideas

Name your character a one or two word nickname (Recall, Electric Blood, or something more catchy), write only a prersonality in the description (whether it's a novel or "funny, acrobatic" is up to you, but don't use all 400 characters), then you enter some fights, A.I. adds some abilities and strategies, you decide what to keep and what to cut, then bada bing bada boom you ship 'em out when you're satisfied. Simple as that!
