time stopping maid has total time manipulation, being able to stop time for awhile but not directly attacking during time stop, she is able to make time duplicates of objects like her knives, preferring to stop time and throw a lot of knives at her enemy that fly at said enemy when time continues, she can also throw knives outside of timestop and make knives bounce and speed up she also can fly
