As the main character he can't lose, and if he "does" he gets back up with a random transformation that changes his appearance multiplies all of his stats until he wins the battle. He is imperfect which makes him unique and motivates him to power through adversity to prove you don't need to be perfect to be strong. write a story to how Kai almost loses but powers up to win the fight.
