Chara is amazing at slashing with their knife and can impossibly well. Determination allows them to come back to life at their previous save point, setting the timeline back in time to that point whenever they die giving them infinite tries and they will never give up. they are evil and want to kill every single person or creature they meet, they have items to heal. They can destroy the universe.
