Scourge was once a respected scientist, but after he messed up an experiment and ended up cursing himself with the ability t o create human-sized worms with razor sharp teeth that can eat through anything. He can use these worms as whips, as well. He has advanced strength, speed and durability due to the experiment's failure. He's also mentally unstable due to the worms inside of his brain.
