This shadowy figure appears to be just a shadow on the wall, on the air itself, but of course, as the shadow of the god of all, and he can literally say no to whatever you do, and it never happens, this guy passively negates all abilities, skills, knowledge, everything else! Whether they are in use or not! And he is a fundamental concept of Reality itself, and thus, can't be extinguished at all!
