He has a stand named: Golden Experience Requiem. It can revert all action's and willpower back to the state of "zero", completely nullifying them and preventing them from becoming "real". He can also force you onto a death loop forever, and summon trees and other lively creatures, and if they are hit, they inflict damage to whoever hit them. He can also heal others.
