A selfish sociopath with a cold and soft-spoken mannerism. He is a member of the supervillain team Crime Syndicate and believes that he is not good due to "being human". He has a deeply nihilistic view on life, believing that since every choice creates a parallel universe, no choice really matters. His goal is to make a decision that truly counts, which for him means destroying the multiverse.
