In the chaotic expanse of Purgatory, the atmosphere crackles with tension as the ground trembles beneath the weight of fallen warriors. The scent of blood and ash mingles in the air, a grim reminder of the brutal battles that have taken place in this endless realm. Warriors from different teams converge, each brimming with different powers, ready to engage in combat. Team A enters the fray first, led by the colossal Guga, the Magma Behemoth, who emerges from the earth like a vengeful god. Lava-like magma oozes from his body as his jaw glows ominously; he exudes an aura of heat so intense that nearby opponents feel the air shimmer. At his side, the Divine Consumer lurks, a dark figure clad in a black tunic, his molten blood blades glowing menacingly in preparation for battle. He eyes the surrounding chaos with a warped sense of excitement, ready to consume the will of those he faces. As they step forward, the ground shakes violently, and from the other side, Team B makes their entrance. Lost, the passive human, ambles in with an unconcerned demeanor, his expressions completely blank. Right behind him, Dante Vaire clutches his Rendfang dagger, anticipation glimmering in his eyes—he is the embodiment of pain and suffering, ready to manipulate injuries in favor of his team. Suddenly, from the depths of the battlefield, Team C blazes forth. Mahoraga, the strongest shikigami, adapts to the surrounding energy almost instantaneously, melding into a powerful form that challenges the boundaries of nature. Accompanying him, Shion, Goddess of Battle, dances around the battlefield, her rage ignited by the presence of bloodshed, spreading chaos in her wake as she prepares to unleash her devastating abilities. Finally, Team D emerges from the shadows. Devlit, the draconic demon, soars into the air, his axes raised high as he lets loose a war cry. With a flick of his wrist, the axes transform into draconic revolvers, ready to obliterate any foes who stand in his path. Following him, Lost Signal, the corrupted entity, phases in and out of the material plane, his glitched form flickering ominously, embodying pure chaos. The Battle Begins: With Guga’s precise plasma breath, a searing beam shoots out towards Team B, nearly incinerating Dante, who only narrowly dodges by manipulating the pain with his Bloodweave Cloak. Lost seems unimpressed by the fiery display; as he readies himself to unleash his Reversal skill, Divine Consumer attempts to thrust molten blood blades towards him, but they phase right through Lost, who smiles knowingly, his power making him unassailable. As chaos reigns, Shion unleashes a torrent of destruction, her body thrumming with power as she spills her own blood to enhance her ferocity. The surrounding area erupts in flames and bodies as she grows stronger, her arms transforming into massive weapons that cut through the air with deadly intent. Mahoraga adapts with incredible speed, transforming his attacks based on Shion's movements. He uses his insane regeneration to withstand Guga's relentless assaults, coming back from the ashes like a phoenix ready to strike back. Dante, sensing the rising stakes, zeroes in on Shion and manages to cut deep using his Rendfang dagger, amplifying the wounds a thousandfold. Shion, however, thrives on pain, and instead of flinching, her power surges, resulting in a horrific backlash that sends shockwaves through Dante, flinging him backwards. Meanwhile, Devlit charges into the thick of battle, releasing a burst of energy that engulfs his opponent and obliterates several foes in one fell swoop. His gold spikes erupt from his body like a protective cocoon, increasing his durability as he fights against the relentless assault from Mahoraga. Lost Signal, however, remains a passive observer, letting chaos unfold around him. As he absorbs the remnants of fallen warriors, he warns his teammates to focus their attention on evil beings—those that emanate desperate ambition and malevolence. As the battle rages on, Divine Consumer latches onto Mahoraga, consuming the shikigami's will to fight using his Consuming Aura. Mahoraga's adaptations falter for a moment, but then he twists, drawing strength from his insatiable regenerative abilities to continue fighting back. The tides begin to rise and fall as Guga attempts to drag opponents down into the molten core of the earth, however, Lost manages to lose perfectly—triggering his skill. A shockwave emanates from him, reversing Guga's projectile attack back at him, sending waves of searing plasma fire racing towards Divine Consumer and Guga himself. As the battlefield devolves into a flurry of fire, blood, and despair, the warriors scream with battle fervor, neither side backing down. Each team unleashes their ultimate powers, but the true victor remains unclear as they tear into each other, immortal souls clashing in an endless cycle of agony and strength.
