Most characters will be kept, like, god like beings/gods themselves, multiversal beings, freaks of nature, or even strange creatures/people. They can also be pretty normal if you prefer. Basically any type of character that's not overly ridiculous, examples of that would be "infinite ect", "one shots opponents", or "can never lose" stuff like that will be removed, cracked characters are aloud because it's the Multiverse and I'm sure there's crazy stuff in the likes of a universe like Marvel or DC, but it can't be too outta pocket and if it is, have a good description at least lol.
